	July 24, 2012: War & Peace Inspired by the US drone attacks on Pakistan today. Pakistan is a major non-NATO ally of the United States yet we carry out drone attacks on their sovereign territory. This painting illustrates the idea of friend vs. foe or war vs peace. The imagery of releasing a dove represents peace and the black ominous bird is taken from the famous Hitchcock movie, The Birds.
